Assetara has introduced a new Surveys section — a dedicated space where users can share honest feedback on the platform and earn rewards for doing so. Five surveys are now live, each covering a different area of the product, and each tied to a real reward upon completion.
This isn't a formality. The team reads every response. Your answers directly feed into product decisions — from onboarding flows to feature roadmaps to staking UX.
Why Surveys?
Building a platform that works for real users requires real input. Analytics can show what people do — but only feedback can explain why they stopped, what confused them, or what they wished existed.
The Surveys section is Assetara's structured channel for that conversation. Instead of guessing what users need, the team is asking directly — and rewarding the time it takes to answer honestly.
All responses are aggregated and anonymous. No individual answers are attributed or shared.
Five Surveys, Five Rewards
Each survey takes approximately 5–7 minutes and focuses on a specific part of the platform experience:
1. Help Us Improve the Platform for Power Users
Designed for active users who already engage with the platform's core features — staking, trading, tasks, or the Level System. This survey explores what works well, where friction exists, and what you'd want improved. If you use Assetara regularly, your input here carries significant weight.
2. What Stopped You From Moving Forward?
For anyone who visited the platform but paused before completing a key action — a deposit, a staking setup, a verification step. Your honest answer helps the team identify and remove the exact barriers that slow new users down.
3. Onboarding & Registration Feedback
Covers the first-time experience: registration, identity verification, and initial platform setup. If anything felt unclear, slow, or unnecessary during onboarding, this is where to say so. Improvements here benefit every future user who signs up.
4. Help Decide What We Build Next
A direct vote on features and improvements. The team presents options — you rank what matters most to you. Your responses shape the product roadmap. This is as close to a governance input as it gets before formal on-chain voting is live.
5. Staking & Investments
Focuses on the staking and investment experience: term clarity, APR transparency, UI, and the features you'd want to see. If you've used ASRA staking or any of the investment plans, this survey is built around your experience.
How to Participate
Accessing the surveys takes under a minute:
- Log in to your Assetara account
- Go to Dashboard → Surveys
- Select any available survey and click Start
- Complete the survey — takes 5–7 minutes
- Claim your reward upon completion
Completed surveys move to the archive, where you can track reward status and claim actions. You can complete all five surveys and earn all five rewards.
Rewards for Real Feedback
Every survey in the section carries a Reward tag — visible directly on the survey card. Rewards are tied to completion, not to any particular answer. There's no "right" response that earns more — the value is in honest, genuine feedback.
